Our spacious and bright studio perched high above Avenida Cordoba is ideally placed to explore all that Palermo has to offer, with its shops, bars, clubs and restaurants.

The studio comes complete with bathroom, kitchen and living space/bedroom. You can take your meals at the breakfast bar or out on the balcony.

All the studio is available to you accessed by a numeric security lock on the door

The area is fantastic for shopping, eating out and going out for the night

There is a bus 1 block from the studio which will take you straight downtown and brings you back and drops you outside the building. The Subway is an 8 block walk (800 metres) or you can catch buses from the adjoining street to Line B stations. Which ever way you choose downtown is only 30 minutes away.

For peace of mind the building has out of hours security which is low key and non intrusive.
